Kimberly Minor is a creative executive with over 25 years of senior and c-suite leadership experience in maximizing brands, connecting communities, and growing businesses. She is a New Albany business owner and active member of the community where she, her husband, 2 boys and their dog Blu call home. Her personal passions are bringing people and ideas together for inclusive engagement, creating safe spaces for community connection and advocating for those who otherwise might not have a voice, the arts and continuous learning. These passions have manifested themselves in her volunteer work with the PTO, theater and inclusion committee for the HS and district. She is an active board member of the NACF, leading the creation of the first New Albany Multicultural Film and Arts Festival; a member of the strategic advisory committee for Wellbeing Connection, secretary of the New Vision Dance Co. Board and an appointee on the New Albany IDEA Committee. Her international professional experience spans from Footlocker Global, Inc, to Brand President of London Fog and Joe Boxer to Lbrands, where she led the $2B Home business. She is currently CEO of Bumbershoot, LLC, a boutique firm that provides interim C-suite leadership, cultural and market insights for inclusive, and equitable representation across brand, content and customer, and constant improvement practices for increased profitability and sustained relevance. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, Executive Certificates in Leadership and Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
