Esther Sarpong, MBA Director, Experiential Retail, Brookfield Properties Esther Sarpong hails from Ghana West Africa and has over 20 years of experience in marketing, retail experiences and leadership. She began her career as an area lead for Red Bull North America, driving the collegiate market in upstate NY for the brand. Esther has spent much of her career working with established and new to market brands to launch successfully while optimizing their marketing channels. Esther believes that well thought-out disruptive and explosive strategies leave the most lasting impact. This is why Esther drives experiential retail for Brookfield Properties, globally, working with location based entertainment companies. Esther is a twice awarded 40 under 40 recipient, both by the industry that she serves and by her Alma Mater, Canisius College. Esther plays an active role in Ghana’s tourism efforts driving expats abroad to the country itself. Esther works closely with the tourism ambassadors and frequents the country for conferences and speaking engagements. Esther lives in Las Vegas with her Air Force veteran husband, daughter and son.
