Andrew is a passionate and creative leader who focusses how people experience systems and seeks better ways to make them more impactful and enjoyable. He has been a senior executive for over a decade, including as head of retail operations for one of the biggest Telecommunication companies on the planet. He then moved on to become a management consultant for BCG as well as his own company ThinkUncommon. Andrew loves to challenge norms and the way things are done and encourages people to be evidence-led and to think more ambitiously in what they can achieve with their innovation pipelines. He is a published author since he co-authored with his co-founder Gareth Jude called Retail Innovation Reframed: a hands-on guide to the best innovation practices in retail globally. He is also writing his second book on leadership for the human age. Andrew is a regular guest on industry podcasts, on top of the one he hosts with Deborah Weinswig called Retailistic. He is a regular contributor to media outlets across North America and Australia. In 2021 he was named in the Top 100 Retail Influencers by ReTHINK Retail, a title he was again given in 2022.
