Over three days, retail leaders, director level and above, will explore the evolution of the customer journey, and how new marketing channels, community platforms and commerce technologies are embedding commerce into everything we do. Expo Hall Improvements
The event is moving to the West Hall in McCormick Place, which is more convenient and easier to navigate. This year, there will be even more sessions to enjoy — from the NEXT Stages to experiential activations where you can interact with the latest in commerce tech, and networking opportunities to connect with like-minded peers on site and off.
Conference Agenda Updates
We’re moving forward with our single banner conference brand, the Retail Innovation Conference & Expo. (That means no more micro-conference model.) We’ve streamlined the conference agend into three topical tracks — Content, Community and Commerce — to align with our core audience priorities and to give attendees the quality time and focus they need to soak in all the key learnings and get ample networking and discovery time! We have also streamlined agenda timing so NEXT Stage sessions will not overlap with conference breakouts.
