Virginia Wong is Director of Retail Strategy + Global Trends at L-Brands (previously known as Limited Brands) where she works with portfolio brands including Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, and PINK to identify opportunity amidst shifting consumer behavior and competitor strategy. Prior to her current role, she was a merchant at Victoria’s Secret, directing the footwear and accessories. She was previously was a buyer at Amazon and a founding member of the MYHABIT.com team, and spent several years at J. Crew leading a group that launched and managed 3rd party collaborations, what is now known as “In Good Company”. Outside of work, she’s a vocal pizza critic, podcast enthusiast and can relate any real life situation back to a scene from The Office.
