Director, Global Omni-Channel Experience
Sonia started her career at Gap Inc, as a merchandiser for the international team, where she found her love for high-growth teams and businesses. Following her time there, she pursued her MBA at The Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on growing her knowledge on digital retail and e-commerce. Following graduation, she joined Michael Kors, where she led the launch of the first in-house e-commerce site, MichaelKors.com, and followed that with launching localized website for key growth markets, such as Japan and China. Then, bit by the start-up bug, Sonia joined ADAY, an all-season apparel start-up, where she led operations and ecommerce – which included setting up their NY showroom shopping experience and subsequent pop-ups in LA, London. After this, Sonia joined MAC Cosmetics, where she now leads the Omnichannel Experience team – owning digital strategy, innovation products, and consumer experience for the brand.
We’re designing this event to emphasize one-to-one networking and matchmaking, as well as highly tailored, action-oriented content.
