As Vice President of Customer Experience for Party City Retail, Shannon Symalla oversees the customer engagement and services, customer experience design and operations, web commerce, and customer service functions for the organization. Shannon has a passion for customer experience innovation and design and has previously lead customer experience transformations; including implementing innovative digital strategies and reducing customer effort to drive business growth and performance in the automotive, healthcare and retail industries. Shannon holds an MBA in International Marketing from South University. She resides outside of Minneapolis and enjoys being outdoors, spending time at the lake, travelling and being a mom.
