Sara Del Fabbro

Sara has solid retail experience and has held different positions at IKEA. She started her career in 1999 for IKEA Bologna in Italy and subsequently had various roles in the IKEA store environment. In 2017 Sara became Deputy Country Retail Manager of IKEA Italy and in 2019 moved to Belgrade to take up the post of CEO and CSO of IKEA South East Europe (Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Ukraine). Sara is now the Deputy Ingka Retal Manager for Ingka Group (IKEA) where she is responsible for market development and the commercial agenda. She is married and lives in Sweden with her wife. Sara is committed to creating a better everyday life for the many and striving for gender equality.
