Head of Customer Experience & Product Support
Melissa has dedicated her career to creating innovative and world-class experiences for both customers and team members. The majority of her time has been spent in Customer Experience leadership roles. Melissa currently works for Tua Financial as the Head of Customer Experience & Product Support. In partnership with her team, she is responsible for creating the strategy and execution of the merchant and customer experience within Tua. Melissa spent 13 years at ATB Financial, in areas such as product development, innovation, and Customer Experience. A role Melissa highly enjoyed was leading a team of 20 employees with the mandate to transform and reimagine banking. After ATB, Melissa became the Head of Customer/UX Experience at AirSprint Private Aviation. Here her entrepreneurial talent was highlighted as she was responsible for the creation and execution of the company-wide Customer Experience strategy, including the leadership of the AirSprint App. Melissa also directly led the Owner Services team, a team dedicated to ensuring the client’s experience was meeting their expectations and aligned with the AirSprint standards.
