Jeffrey Bustos is the VP of Measurement Addressability Data Center at the IAB where he has been leading best practices on Data Collaboration, Privacy, Measurement and Retail Media. He has published studies on data democratization to leverage known and unknown audiences and standards and guidelines on retail media. In a privacy centric ecosystem, he is a proponent of Data Clean Rooms and Privacy Enhancing Technology.
