Jim leads the company’s innovation and growth efforts in the packaging businesses and works with many of our major CPG customers to achieve their goals. Sustainable packaging and plastic replacements are areas of focus. With more than 25 years of industry experience, he has focused on building winning growth strategies, developing new markets, and delivering innovative new products.
