Hilding advises the c-suite and boards on the application of digital to improve customer experience and improve business outcomes, and is the executive responsible for the portfolio & market strategy of Publicis Sapient’s Americas retail vertical, sitting on the North America retail management team. He has two decades of experience with a focus on the retail industry, customer-focused business transformation, management, and business strategy. Particular strengths are in digital business transformation, retail strategy for the data-driven retailer (CDP, AI/ML, algorithmic retail), engineering modernization, and growth strategy. He has published and edited five books over the last decade on digital transformation and consumer trends in retail.
