Currently, I am the founder and principal researcher at Open Conjecture, an Intelligent Commerce Lab that develops products and programs to create unfair advantage for the worlds leading digital retailers.
I have been working in enterprise ecommerce for the past 10 years – working exclusively with leading retail technology innovators such as Vertebrae, Edgecase (exit: GroupBy), Bazaarvoice, and RetailMeNot. During that time, I have focused my work on developing new products and technologies that have generated millions in incremental revenue and breakthrough insights into customer behavior for the world’s leading retail brands, such as Crate&Barrel, Staples, HSN, Travelocity, Neiman Marcus, Walgreens, Pier1 Imports, Columbia, BedBath&Beyond, Men’s Wearhouse, and Sur la Table.
