Anjarae Hamilton is the Head of Retailer Sales and Account Management at Faire, where her team transforms the retail landscape by helping 85,000 brands across 150 countries sell millions of products to 600,000 independent retailers across 20 countries. Faire’s data-driven approach to wholesale lets retailers try-before-they buy, and straightforward financial terms eliminate inventory risk and provide access to capital—leveling the playing field in two key areas that previously prevented many small businesses from successfully competing against major retailers and e-commerce giants. With the help of Anjaree’s leadership, Faire has facilitated over 5M new connections between independent retailers and brands on the marketplace, reaching explosive growth of $1B in annual volume. She is a proven operator, who works across product, support, engineering, strategy and support teams to create remarkable customer experiences and scale businesses quickly and intelligently. Anjarae started feeding her curiosity for how businesses operate and passion for solving difficult problems with five years in consulting at Bain & Company. She then had the opportunity to spend nearly six years leading growth for multiple business lines at Square and DoorDash. Anjarae also serves on the Advisory Board for REDF, a venture philanthropy that invests in social enterprises that employ people overcoming barriers to work. Anjarae holds her MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford and a BE from Vanderbilt.
