Retail Innovation Conference & Expo does not allow onsite access to children or minors under the age of 16. Strollers, rolling bags, or the like are not permitted on the show floor. Show management reserves the right to request proof of age for any person and restrict minors from the exhibition floor at any time on any day for safety and liability reasons. Please be advised that no guests are permitted to attend without a badge. If you lose or misplace your badge, you can be charged up to a $995 reprint fee – no exceptions. In order to pick up your badge, a valid photo ID is required. Only individuals registered and badged may attend conference events – entrance is based on the type of badge purchased.

Onsite Policy

Retail Innovation Conference & Expo reserves the right to use photographs/videos taken of you at the show for marketing purposes. Exhibitors at Retail Innovation Conference & Expo may utilize badge scanning in order to follow up with you after the show. Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor, and Retail Innovation Conference & Expo will no longer be in control of how your information is used. Photography/Videography Policy

Only official photographers and audio/video producers appointed by show management are permitted to photograph or record audio/video of the entire event.  Conference sessions may not be photographed, or video/audio recorded.

Non-Exhibiting companies (NONEX) Policy

Non-Exhibiting companies (NONEX) are not qualified attendees. NONEX companies are defined as: Companies that sell to Companies that fit the profile of or sell to the show’s exhibitors, or sell display, fixture, or related products/services to Retailers or Brands/CPGs. NONEX companies may only attend Retail Innovation Conference & Expo if approved by show management. Retail Innovation Conference & Expo show management makes the final decision for qualification and classification of any registrant and reserves the right to deny admission or reclassify admission to any individual at any time. Registration discount codes and/or Exhibitor Invite passes are only applicable for qualified attendees.

Terms & Conditions

Attendee grants Emerald the right to use Attendee’s name, image, and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken of you at the show, for marketing purposes.

Emerald reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for attendance at its events at any time for any reason.

Attendee expressly assumes, and releases Emerald and any affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Attendee’s participation, presence or sampling of any products at the event, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including viruses or illness from any communicable disease or from any sampled products) or injury (including death) to or related to Attendee and his or her person or property.

Attendee expressly agrees to fully comply with applicable CDC, state and local health official guidelines relating to all current health and safety measures and protocols (including those related to COVID, if any) required by Emerald and the venue for attendance at Retail Innovation Conference & Expo. Emerald reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for failure to adhere to any such health and safety measures or other protocols for attendance at the event.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the Emerald Privacy Policy. Retail Innovation Conference & Expo is an affiliated brand of Emerald X LLC. Emerald and our affiliates would like to keep you informed about related events and services. Information on Emerald’s privacy practices is provided in our privacy policy. We may also share your information with our sponsors, exhibitors and event partners, who may also send you information about their products and services. 7.
Any and all Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This includes all tickets and passes of any kind, without exception. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases.
