Connect with our sponsors in the Digital Marketplace to explore the services and solutions that are transforming retail. Meetings are short and sweet, clocking in at only 15-minutes each. 

How do I book a sponsor meeting?

How to book a sponsor meeting:

  1. Click Digital Marketplace in the event’s navigation bar.
  2. Browse solution providers and click to view booths and available meeting times
  3. Click on an available meeting time (click “see more slots” for the full list)
  4. Select “Virtual Meeting”
  5. Include a message letting the team know what you’re most interested in discussing
  6. Once your message is complete, click “Send Meeting Request”
  7. Your request will appear in My Event/My Meetings and in the sponsor’s booth as “Pending”
  8. Once the meeting is accepted you will receive a notification and “Pending” will change to “Confirmed” (you may need to refresh the page)

Meet with like-minded attendees during the show by searching for them via the search bar or by using the #RIC21 “AI Matches” at the top of the Community tab/page.
