Workshop Spotlight: What Should I Do Now Vs. Next? How to Prioritize Your Unified Commerce Capabilities

Consumers expect simple, personalized and unified commerce experiences in which they can jump from smartphone to keyboard to register without skipping a beat.

But delivering on the promise of unified commerce is challenging. It requires a deeper understanding of consumers and their buying journeys, channel-less experience design, powerful employee experiences, and activating and enhancing existing technology and data infrastructure through an overarching unified commerce strategy. And order management, through a solution like IBM OMS, is the heartbeat of that strategy. If you’re interested in learning how to better drive your unified commerce objectives, this is a must-attend workshop for you!

On Tuesday, June 13 from 9:00am-10:30am local time, the Perficient team, comprised of Rupa Amin, Erica Lee and Kim Williams-Czopek, will provide a Now/New/Next framework that retail and brand executives can use to quickly benchmark where they stand relative to customer expectations and competitive forces and prioritize where to focus the most time, money and attention for unified commerce capabilities.
