Looking to get inspired by creative and innovative retail store concepts IRL? In a few weeks, the Store Tours Program will commence in the vibrant city of Chicago and there is still time to get your ticket!
We can’t wait for the highly anticipated Store Tours program, led by our amazing partners at Insider Trends. If you’re unfamiliar, Insider Trends’ tours inspire candid and thought-provoking conversations about the industry’s biggest trends, challenges and innovation opportunities. They curate their world-renowned tours to reflect attendees’ most pressing issues and distill tour takeaways so they’re equally inspiring and actionable.
Jack Stratten, Head of Trends at Insider Trends, and Ian Scott, Director at Ian Scott Consulting Ltd., will be your expert tour guides and I can personally say they are the most fun human beings you’ll ever meet! (PS: You’ll also want to attend their breakout session in the Community Track on Wednesday, June 5, where they will be discussing the evolution of physical store environments!)
Taking place on Tuesday, June 4, Jack and Ian will take attendees deep into bustling neighborhoods and innovative stores around Chicago to provide insights on the latest and greatest in retail innovation. Our goal? To help you connect with your peers, provoke new ideas and leave with some new ideas to bring back to your team! You can choose from either the Technology Innovation Tour, the Experiential Design Tour or both. See the breakdown of each below to help you decide!
Technology Innovation Tour:
See cutting-edge concepts and innovative tech solutions that emphasize an efficient and seamless in-store customer journey! Stores you can expect to see include H&M, SEPHORA, Alo, Amazon Go and more!
Experiential Design Tour:
Immerse yourself in experiential and community-driven design concepts with stores like: COACH Play, Lush Cosmetics, LEGO, CAMP, Glossier and more!
Fun fact: Many attendees are registering for both to truly get the full spectrum of design and tech innovation. (PS: Don’t forget to pack comfortable sneakers!)
With limited slots available, time is ticking to secure your spot among industry peers and creative minds. Check out the current list of stores that are planned tour stops and we’ll see you in the Windy City soon!
