With a strong foundation in CPG (she spent about 13 years with Colgate-Palmolive), she has also worked at Twitter and now, Netflix.  
 
As Director of Consumer Insights for the disruptive streaming service, Nikkia leads the teams responsible for delivering insights to inform thinking and decision-making to drive brand health, strategy and reputation. She also guides insights efforts to bring emerging experiences to life. Most recently, she helped shape Netflix’s new ad-supported tier, which opens the service to more people and creates a new revenue stream for the business.  

Nikkia is no stranger to dissecting business challenges and turning them into new business opportunities. She also is a true pro at developing methods for collecting and applying audience insights to identify new ways for brands to stand out.
