What is the key to true innovation? A great team, sure. A lot of great ideas, of course. But data is what unlocks these creative teams’ ideas and transforms them into competitive differentiation.
Nikkia Reveillac has spent nearly 20 years turning global insights and analytics into transformational ideas. Now, she’s bringing her expertise to the Retail Innovation Conference & Expo stage as one of our mainstage keynote speakers!
Nikkia has helped Fortune 500 companies across Tech, Entertainment and CPG uncover and execute ideas that help reaffirm their competitive differentiation, especially in hyper-competitive and volatile climates. With a strong foundation in CPG (she spent about 13 years with Colgate-Palmolive), she has also worked at Twitter and now, Netflix.
As Director of Consumer Insights for the disruptive streaming service, Nikkia leads the teams responsible for delivering insights to inform thinking and decision-making to drive brand health, strategy and reputation. She also guides insights efforts to bring emerging experiences to life. Most recently, she helped shape Netflix’s new ad-supported tier, which opens the service to more people and creates a new revenue stream for the business.
Nikkia is no stranger to dissecting business challenges and turning them into new business opportunities. She also is a true pro at developing methods for collecting and applying audience insights to identify new ways for brands to stand out. During her session, she’ll outline tried-and-true and out-of-the-box methods audience members can use to elevate research operations within their organizations to power true innovation.
